Description
The NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority), Office of Environmental, Planning and Construction (OEPC), is soliciting submissions for qualifications for interested consultants for Professional Services via the NYS Contract Reporter in compliance with Article 4-C of the Economic Development Law. The solicitation seeks registered licensed professional architects, engineers, geologists, surveyors, certified building code officers, licensed attorneys, and various non-registered professionals including construction management, material testing, cost estimating, economic and amusement system professionals, and other construction planning and administrative support professionals. Submissions will be reviewed for issuance of a Professional Services Term Contract with the Olympic Authority. The contract term is 1 year with four 1-year extensions, and applications/proposals are continuously accepted until May 28, 2027.
