Description
The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking to procure fire alarm inspection services at its System Administration headquarters in Albany, New York. The selected firm will inspect all fire alarms quarterly, send a minimum of two people for all inspections, perform semi-annual visual inspections and cleaning of all fire alarm initiating devices and components, and conduct annual physical testing of these devices. The firm must be Notifier Factory Trained, hold a valid New York State Fire Alarm License, and be NICET certified. The contract term is three years, and there are Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals of 14% MBE and 10% WBE.
