The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking proposals from qualified tuition assistance management vendors to support its mission of expanding access to high-quality, affordable education for working adults in Maryland and nationally. The selected vendor will partner with UMGC to expand employer relationships, support learners using educational benefits, and enhance the visibility of UMGC programs within employer workforces. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically via Bid Locker by 10:00 AM ET on June 18, 2026.
