Description

UBC Okanagan Campus is seeking a Custodial Services provider to provide custodial support in two annual cycles for the Student Housing portion of the campus. One cycle is routine services during the academic semesters when students occupy the housing units continuously. The other cycle is during the Conferences season between Spring and Winter semesters, where the housing units operate similarly to a hotel. Managing the transition between these cycles is crucial. The Service Provider will also assume a contract with the local union for the SEIU.
