Allegany College of Maryland is seeking proposals from qualified contractor/design teams to complete a design/build project to convert an approximately 6,180 square foot indoor, in-ground pool and surrounding space in the Physical Education Building into a new fitness center. The project includes providing all drawings, specifications, and construction services, from design through construction. The fitness center will serve students, faculty, staff, and the community as a year-round health and wellness space.
