This project involves the contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to design, build, and install new mini-split HVAC systems; and install interior and exterior lighting fixtures with controls in the Women’s and Men’s Restrooms and Jockey Dressing Rooms at 350 Ranger Skinner Drive within the Fair Hill N.R.M.A. in Elkton, MD 21921. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 11, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Fair Hill NRMA location. This is a Certified Small Business Procurement, and questions must be submitted by June 16, 2026, 5:00 PM EST.
