Talbot County, Maryland is soliciting proposals for consultant/engineering services to update the 2002 Report of the Review of the Talbot County Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan (CWSP). The update must comply with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and align with the 2026 Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm is required to complete all tasks within 270 days of receiving a signed Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be submitted sealed by July 9, 2026, and emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 16, 2026.
