The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division (NAWCAD), part of the U.S. Navy, is seeking OEM repair and calibration services for spectrum analyzers at Patuxent River, Maryland. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division (NAWCAD), Comptroller, Internal Entitlements Team - OEMs and Vendors: - Rohde & Schwarz is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the spectrum analyzers - Products/Services Requested: - Repair and calibration services for ten (10) Rohde & Schwarz FSV40-N Spectrum Analyzers - Each analyzer is identified by a unique serial number - Services must include a one-year warranty and calibration certificates - Compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards is required - Firm fixed price contract - Delivery to the Naval Calibration Laboratory at Patuxent River, MD - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only OEM-authorized repair and calibration is acceptable - Delivery required within 4 weeks of contract award (early delivery accepted) - Invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Offerors must provide proof of authorized distributor status, business details, and published price list

Description

Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1190  is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Vendor Name, under the authority of FAR Part 12. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/)database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on 6/4/2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
