Description
GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking subcontractors, suppliers, and certified New York State Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) for the renovation of the existing Community Center located at 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, NY. The renovation includes improvements to the cellar, gymnasium, stage, multipurpose rooms, kitchen, lobby, hallways, closets, and west entryway. Work involves selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, doors and hardware, finishes, specialties, equipment, and all related construction as per contract documents. The contract term is 285 consecutive calendar days with a pre-bid meeting on June 4, 2026, and proposals due by June 22, 2026. State Prevailing Wage Rates and/or Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements apply.
