Description

Kenosha County is seeking qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive dementia and caregiver support services in alignment with the priorities and program frameworks established under the Division of Aging and Disability Services. The contract term is one year starting January 1, 2027, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 30, 2026, and the evaluation process will follow. The contract includes the requirement to provide services that support elderly and disabled populations, consistent with the mission of the Kenosha County Department of Human Services.
