Description

This solicitation is for the repair and installation of a new keypad fully compatible with a Max-Rhino 5500 slide gate operator at the Walnut Creek Armory. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work. The project requires a contractor with a type D-28 license for Doors, Gates and Activating Devices. Optional pre-bid job walks are scheduled on multiple dates, and questions must be submitted by June 6, 2026. The bid opening is scheduled for June 15, 2026.
