Description

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), is seeking a consultant to prepare a health and safety plan, conduct a geophysical investigation, perform environmental drilling and sampling (4 borings), carry out analytical laboratory testing, and prepare a limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) report. This task order solicitation is limited to the top three firms on the Pre-Qualified On-Call Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Services List: Converse Consultants, WSP USA, Inc., and Ninyo & Moore. Subconsultants added to the contract who were not originally part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. The project involves environmental and geotechnical investigations at the West Los Angeles Maintenance Yard.
