Description
Venture Academy is requesting proposals from qualified firms for design services for a new approximately 12,500 square foot Pre-Fab Steel Gym adjacent to the existing High School building. The project also includes remodeling approximately 35 by 55 feet of the existing gym to create two classrooms, one on top of the other. The architectural team will be responsible for programming, concept development, schematic design, construction documents, site visits, and project management including permitting. Proposals are due by June 5, 2026, and the selected firm will be chosen based on qualifications, schedule, and fee proposal.
