The work includes subsurface investigation, geotechnical engineering analysis, groundwater observations, seismic site classification, preliminary foundation and excavation considerations, and preparation of geotechnical deliverables to support schematic design, consultant coordination, and Class B cost estimating for the HUBWRX project.
