The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking vendors for a 3-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply and cut a wide range of steel and metal materials for the Acoustic Research Detachments (ARD): - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) - Products and Services Requested: - Supply and custom cutting of various steel and metal products, including: - Hot rolled strips and flats (various sizes) - Structural angles - Hot & cold drawn rounds - Square and rectangular tubing - Pipe (multiple schedules and diameters) - Carbon steel sheets (hot and cold rolled) - High strength low alloy sheets and plate - Floor/deck plates - Standard and ship/car channels - Wide flange beams (W beams) - Reinforcing bars (ASTM A615 Grade 40 and 60) - Safety and bar grating - Aluminum products (flat, rounds, pipe, sheet & plate in 6061, 6063, 5052) - Stainless steel sheet, plate, round, and flat (various gauges) - Vendors must provide all materials (no government-furnished material) and perform custom cutting to specified sizes upon request - Vendors must be located within 60 miles of Bayview, Idaho (83803) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Proximity requirement: Vendors must be within 60 miles of Bayview, ID - Must have materials on hand and be able to supply a broad range of metal types and sizes - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated; focus is on material supply and cutting capability - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Acoustic Research Detachments, Bayview, ID - Contracting office at NSWCCD, Bethesda, MD
