The University of Houston System is conducting a competitive two-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to retain one firm or joint venture to provide Master Development Services for the Quantum project at the University of Houston. Respondents must submit a complete project team including design consultants and a construction general manager. The process includes an evaluation and shortlist phase that may lead to negotiations of a Predevelopment Agreement and other relevant agreements. The selected Master Development Partner and/or General Contractor must comply with University standards and be properly licensed in Texas, providing required bonds prior to construction.
