This opportunity supports the USMC VMFA-242 and the U.S. Air Force at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, during the VALIENT SHIELD 26 exercise with equipment rentals and related services: - Government Buyers: - U.S. Marine Corps (VMFA-242, 3d Expeditionary Contracting Platoon) - U.S. Air Force (Andersen Air Force Base) - Products and Quantities: - Forklift Rentals: - One (1) 6,000 lb forklift (no driver) - One (1) 10,000 lb forklift (no driver) - Portable Sanitary Facilities / Porta-Johns: - Three (3) units, each with western-style toilet and urinal, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer - Services Requested: - Refueling, preventive maintenance, and 24-hour maintenance support for forklifts - Portable toilet cleaning and maintenance (every other day), replenishment of supplies, waste removal, and 24-hour support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment and services must comply with local and DoD safety and regulatory standards - Forklifts must have hazardous materials certification and fire extinguishers - Contractor provides all labor, equipment, fuel, and maintenance - Place of performance and delivery is Andersen Air Force Base, Guam (specifically Building/Hangar 40001) - Period of performance is approximately one month, covering the duration of the exercise - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; commercial equipment is acceptable - Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562111

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 562111.
