Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for KVM Switches in support of the Air Dominance Combined Test Force. The requirement will be processed as a competitive, small business set-aside. All bidder should be authoirize reseller and provide reseller certificate. 

The request is for the following:

1. KVM Switches QTY 120 EA

2. Cable TAA – DP to DP, 6ft/1.8m QTY: 960 EA

3. Cable TAA – USB A to USB B 6ft/1.8m QTY: 625 EA

1. Evaluation Criteria Context In accordance with the solicitation and FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Government evaluated received offers based on two factors: Price and Delivery. As explicitly stated in the solicitation, these two factors are of equal importance. The Government's objective was to select the proposal that represents the best overall value, weighing the financial cost equally against the operational schedule.

2. Comparative Analysis of Offers The Government shall evaluate the proposals to determine the best value.
