The U.S. Air Force at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, is seeking qualified small businesses to provide comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for two Small Arms Firing Ranges (SAFR). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 27th Special Operations Wing (27 SOCONS LGC), 27th Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron (27 SOCES) - Facilities Covered: - 27th Special Operations Security Forces Squadron (SOSFS) CATM range - 26th Special Tactics Squadron (STS) CATM range - Services Requested: - Quarterly inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of both ranges - Includes control booth, firing point area, bullet trap system, HVAC intake and exhaust units, dust collection units, and hazardous waste handling - Lead dust and fragment removal - Filter replacement (supply, exhaust, HEPA, and bag filters) - Unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed - Detailed reporting and quality control, including quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) reports - Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations is mandatory - Products/Parts Required: - HemiPleat eXtreme Green GSX cartridge filter (Part #231400014), Qty: 4 - Pamic filter (Part #084404000), Qty: 1 - Various pleated, pre-, mid bag, and HEPA filters for both ranges (quantities specified) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision - Emphasis on hazardous waste management and environmental compliance - Technical capability and relevant experience must be demonstrated - Rough Order of Magnitude estimate required from vendors - No specific OEMs or vendors are named for the overall contract, but Camfil (HemiPleat) and Pamic are referenced for certain filters - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Quarterly service schedule, Monday-Friday, 0700-1600 hours - Place of Performance: - Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico

Description of Services
