The South Dakota Army National Guard is seeking a supplier for printed T-shirts under a Firm Fixed Price contract. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) - Office: W7N0 USPFO Activity SD ARNG, 2823 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD - Products/Services Requested: - Preshrunk 50/50 blend cotton soft spun T-shirts, sizes Small to XXL - Base year: 2,000 shirts - Option Year 1: 6,000 shirts - Option Year 2: 6,000 shirts - T-shirts must feature: - One-color screen print logo on the back - Up to four-color screen print logo on the front - Vendors must provide samples and specify the T-shirt brand - Delivery is FOB destination to Rapid City, SD, within 10-14 days after order - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Samples must be shipped before solicitation closes, with tracking info provided - Government will not pay for return shipping of samples unless a pre-paid label and envelope are provided - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 323113 (size standard: 500 employees) - Detailed T-shirt specifications and material requirements are in the contract attachments - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; vendors may propose any brand meeting the requirements

Description

The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement for Printed T-shirts. The award will be for a Firm Fixed Price contract. The period of performance will be the Date of Award - 30 October 2026. The award will be for one base year and two option years.The government is not obligated to exercise any option year. The decision to exercise will be based off of the government needs and what is in the best interest of the government.

This is a Total Small Business Set-aside.
