BACKGROUND: The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified contractors capable of providing enterprise-wide Lexmark printer products, toner, supplies, maintenance, and related support services. The results of this market research will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-aside opportunities.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The anticipated requirement includes, but is not limited to:

• Lexmark printers and multifunction devices • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Lexmark toner and consumables • OEM Replacement parts and supplies • Preventive maintenance services • Corrective maintenance and repair services • OEM Technical support • OEM Warranty support and administration • Asset tracking and reporting • Logistics and delivery support

• Lexmark Secure Print Release with every Multifunction Printer (MFP)

CAPABILITY STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms shall provide the following information:

Company name, address, UEI, CAGE Code, and point of contact. Business size and socioeconomic status: Small Business SBA Certified 8(a) HUBZone Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Other Confirmation of current Lexmark authorized reseller, distributor, or service provider status. Include supporting documentation or certification if available. Description of experience providing: Lexmark printers and multifunction devices OEM Lexmark toner and supplies Enterprise maintenance and repair services Fleet management and reporting Description of at least three contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity performed within the last five years. Include: Contract number Customer Contract value Period of performance Brief description of services provided Description of the firm's capability to support geographically dispersed ordering activities and multiple delivery locations. Indicate whether the firm would be interested in competing for: Single-award IDIQ Multiple-award IDIQ Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Task or Delivery Order requirements under an existing Government-wide contract vehicle                             8. Provide any recommendations regarding contract structure or acquisition strategy that would enhance competition and provide best value to the Government.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Responses shall be limited to five (5) pages excluding cover pages and supporting documentation.

Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer, Kristen Colyer (kristen.colyer@socom.mil) no later than 25 June 2026 1500PM.

The Government may use responses to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns and to support future acquisition planning decisions.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. There are no guarantees of a follow-on contract for this requirement.
