The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Eglin Air Force Base is seeking sources for a Multiple Award IDIQ contract to support the Next Generation Penetrator GBU-76/B weapon system. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, AFLCMC/EBDK - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive system design, manufacture, production, testing, and logistics for the GBU-76/B - Engineering support throughout the weapon system lifecycle - Hardware procurement and delivery (test and production hardware) - Software development and integration, including operational flight profile and mission planning software - Model-based systems engineering and modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) - Guidance section maturation and alternate navigation system design/integration - Fuze development, tuning, and production - Carriage and release equipment, ground support equipment, and tooling for manufacture and assembly - Lifecycle test and evaluation strategy/execution - Training assets and procedures - Technical data package (TDP) revisions and technical orders (TO) - Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation support - Diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages/obsolescence prevention (DMSMS) - Explosive fill development and testing - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice or attachments - No part numbers or quantities are specified; all technical details are referenced in attachments - Small businesses and all socio-economic statuses are encouraged to respond - Place of performance and contracting office: Eglin Air Force Base, Florida
