USACE ERDC Solicitation for Multi-Year Supply of Compressed Gases and Cryogenic Liquids

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ERDC is seeking multiple Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the supply and delivery of consumable compressed gases and cryogenic liquids to several federal research facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - ERDC Contracting Office - Products Requested: - Ultra high purity (UHP) and industrial grade gases: helium, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, oxygen, methane, propane, acetylene, specialty gas mixes (e.g., P5, 5% hydrogen in argon, 4% hydrogen/96% nitrogen) - Cryogenic liquids: argon, nitrogen, helium (various grades) - Cylinder sizes and estimated annual quantities specified for each gas (e.g., 150 UHP helium cylinders, 125 UHP nitrogen cylinders, 75 argon cryogenic liquid cylinders) - Notable Requirements: - Delivery of full cylinders within 3 business days to multiple federal research sites - Pickup of empty cylinders required - Pricing must be provided per cylinder and per cubic foot - Gases must meet specified purity standards (e.g., 99.999% for UHP helium, 99.998% for ICP grade cryogenic liquids) - Delivery Locations: - USACE-ERDC, Vicksburg, MS (primary) - Center for Aquatic & Invasive Plants, Gainesville, FL - Aquatic Plant Control Center at LSU SPESS, Baton Rouge, LA - Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility, Lewisville, TX - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; major industrial gas manufacturers are likely to compete - Period of Performance: - BPAs valid for up to five years or until the BPA limit is reached
