The U.S. Forest Service, Six Rivers National Forest, is seeking small business contractors to provide vault toilet pumping services at the Smith River National Recreation Area in Gasquet, California. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service - Six Rivers National Forest, Gasquet Ranger District/Smith River National Recreation Area - Services Requested: - Pumping out pre-cast concrete vault toilets at 20 recreation sites (Area 1: 10 sites, 23 vaults; Area 2: 10 sites, 14 vaults) - Vaults are primarily 1,000 gallons each, with one 1,200-gallon vault in Area 1 - Removal of trash and debris, hazardous material handling, visual inspections, and documentation of vault conditions - Optional additional pumping services for both areas - Quantities: - Area 1: 10.5 services/year (base + each option year) - Area 2: 2.0 services/year (base + each option year) - Optional Area 1: 13.5 services/year (base + each option year) - Optional Area 2: 3.0 services/year (base + each option year) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years (annual recurring services) - Unique Requirements: - Work must be performed at federal recreation sites within the Smith River NRA - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 562991 - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; this is a service-based requirement - No part numbers or branded equipment specified

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0079 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Vault toilet pumping services to Smith River NRA in the U.S. Six Rivers National Forest.  Services include pumping out pre-cast concrete vaults, removing any trash/debris, hazardous material, visual inspections and documentation of the condition of the vaults.
