Description
This Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research in accordance with FAR Overhaul Part 5. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who can provide a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) System with Installation and Configuration for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office (NAO), Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, VA.
The Government is seeking input to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award.
Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) System with Installation and Configuration. Refer to attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more detail and requirements.
Estimated Duration of Requirement: 30-60 calendar days after contract award.
Place of Performance: IHS Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia.
Instructions to Industry: All capable sources shall express written interest by responding to this sources sought notice via email to courtney.davis@ihs.gov with the following information:
1. Company name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and business size/type (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, Native American owned, etc.).
2. Company Point of Contact’s Name, telephone number, and e-mail address.
3. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, expiration, and registration status. All respondents must register on the SAM located at https://www.sam.gov.
4. Applicable company GSA Schedule number or other available procurement vehicle.
5. Interest/Capability Statement (no more than 1 page)
6. If American Indian/Native American owned business, then complete attached IEE Representation form.
*Responses must be submitted via email to the Primary POC no later than the specified closing date.
