Request for Quote (RFQ): Power Plant and Monitoring Systems Maintenance
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1S3AC6085AQ01 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Power Plant and Monitoring Systems Maintenance. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: • Perform full system calibration check and firmware update • Inspect all battery posts for signs of leakage • Complete full impedance and conductance testing • Download, compile and review all available historical data for trending and • Complete any alarm testing requested • Re-adhere all modules where required • Verify all BACS Viewer installation and retrieved data • Verify time server function operational • Check all physical battery and battery monitoring connections • Verify E-Mail and remote alarms all indicating (where installed) • BAC2S Module cleaning by qualified personnel. • Prepare report for any failed or degraded batteries found during inspection or stored history • GENEREX authorized/certified technicians
