Description

This Request For Proposals (RFP) aims to award framework contract(s) for the provision of selected software products and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS for the divisions of NATO Headquarters. The contract will cover overall software license requirements including optional professional services such as training, installation, and integration. The goal is to reduce workload from multiple competitions for low value purchases, leverage reseller discounts to reduce costs, provide flexibility and control over license contract lifecycle management, and centralize software license spending to minimize tail-end spend.
