This opportunity is a Total Small Business Set Aside for the supply of two (2) heavy-duty forklifts to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA). - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - OEMs and Vendors: - Taylor (only OEM explicitly mentioned; Taylor Machine Works, Inc.) - Open to authorized distributors or resellers of Taylor or equivalent products - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) Taylor GT60 Triple Mast Forklifts, or equivalent models meeting all salient characteristics - 6,000 lbs capacity at 24-inch load center - Isuzu Tier 4F Diesel Engine or equivalent - Triple mast with 189-inch maximum fork height - Operator cab with heat and rear air conditioning - Side-shift and fork positioner carriage - Solid tires, LED lighting, factory prep and setup - Must conform to ANSI B56.1 standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand Name or Equal: Accepts equivalent models if all technical requirements are met - Only authorized distributors/resellers may respond - Shipping must be included or listed as a separate line item - Quotes must be on company letterhead and include CAGE code and lead time - Invoicing through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - Evaluation based on best value: price, delivery, quality, and past performance

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Brand Name or Equal (BNoE) & SPECS files. These files contain critical revisions to the technical requirements, salient characteristics, or equivalent specifications necessary for a quote to be considered.

Scope

This action will award a firm fixed price contract for authorized distributors or resellers of (2)Taylor GT60 Triple Mast Forklifts that meet the spec requirements.

See attached documents for the product description and quantity Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance. Email quotes on company letterhead as a PDF file to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. The Government will not accept late quotes. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete. Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. The Terms are NET 30 Days Vendor must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price, include a line item for shipping. Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 hours after quote has been submitted to remain competitive. If no response is received, Please call the Primary contact, then the Secondary.
