The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota is seeking armored vehicles for use in Colombia: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - Products Requested: - 4 armored mid-size utility vehicles (comparable to Toyota Fortuner, Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition) - New, recent year models - 7+ passengers, 4WD, automatic transmission, diesel or petrol - 360-degree armor protection against high-power weapons - Reinforced suspension and body, ballistic materials, run-flat tires - Safety and operational accessories, compliance with Colombian standards - 2 multi-purpose commercial cargo vehicles (comparable to Renault Kangoo, Chevrolet N400) - New, recent year models - 2+ passengers, 2WD, manual or automatic transmission, diesel or petrol - White exterior with required stickers/logos, air conditioning, airbags - Minimum 700 kg payload, safety and operational accessories, compliance with Colombian standards - Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must meet detailed technical and armoring specifications - Warranty and maintenance support in Colombia required - Contractor responsible for delivery to Monteria, Cucuta, Apartado, Cali, and Medellin, as well as customs clearance - All vehicles must comply with local laws and standards - OEMs Highlighted: - No specific OEMs mandated, but vehicles equivalent to models from Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, and Renault are referenced - Period of Performance: - All vehicles must be delivered within 180 days after receipt of order

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the supply of Armored Vehicles in Colombia.

All interested sellers should submit their quotations according to the attached PR16027385_RFQ by July 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to Arizak@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3.
