Description

Replace Halon System Control Panel in Photo Vault Building E, SAFRThe National Park Service (NPS) at San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park (SAFR) has a requirement to remove and replace the existing fire suppression control panel for the Photo Vault located on the third floor in Landmark Building E, Fort Mason, San Francisco, California. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the Scope of Work (SOW) and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Note: for a full description, quoters shall refer to Attachment 1 Scope of Work. Refer to all other attachments for the full solicitation package. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310, with a corresponding size standard of $12.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations are solicited only from small business concerns. Quotations received from concerns that are not small business concerns will not be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 12.203. The Government anticipates issuing an order from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered as listed in the solicitation.Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
