Description

The Department of Interior (DOI), Wildland Fire Programs at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following repairs in the 410B-RSC Facility. NIFC 410B RSC Fire Alarm Replace: The U.S. Department of Interior has a requirement for construction within a building to replace the existing fire alarm system to bring the building up to current life safety code. This work includes demolition and removal of the existing end of life fire alarm system and installation of a new digital, addressable fire alarm system that meets current codes. All other associated work is indicated in the contract documents that will be posted with official solicitation.The estimated period of performance is 120 days. The building will be occupied during this construction project. All work will be detailed within the specific contract documents that will be posted with the solicitation on SAM.Gov. Project Location: The site is located on the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) campus, Boise, Idaho, at 3833 S. Development Ave Boise, ID 83705.The DOI anticipates issuing a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on or about July 2026. The DOI anticipates issuing a single firm-fixed price award from this solicitation. The construction work is anticipated to begin Immediately upon award from the stated solicitation.
