The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking a small business contractor to provide a comprehensive service plan for two C-Lock Inc. Pasture GreenFeed Systems at its Cheyenne, WY research facility. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Acquisition and Property Division (APD) - OEMs and Vendors: - C-Lock Inc. (OEM for GreenFeed Systems) - Verizon (data line subscriptions) - Products/Services Requested: - GreenFeed System Service Plan for two C-Lock Pasture GreenFeed Systems (#764 and #765) - Includes hardware and software support, data access, maintenance, repair, and Verizon data line subscriptions - Verizon data line subscription for each system (up to 1GB per modem) - Device Service Plan (base and four option years) - Maintenance and support as per Performance Work Statement - OEM-authorized technicians required - At least one annual onsite preventative maintenance visit, with additional repairs as needed - All consumables, routine wear and tear parts, and hardware/software/firmware upgrades included - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must use OEM-authorized technicians for all maintenance and repairs - Performance-based contract with monthly invoicing in arrears - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 334516 - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Delivery and service at USDA's Cheyenne, WY facility - Includes both hardware/software support and cellular data connectivity for remote data transfer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0674 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Device Service Plan - Cheyenne WY. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516  The small business size standard is 1000 employees.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
