The U.S. Air Force, through the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, is seeking to acquire advanced industrial 3D printing capabilities. - Procuring two Stratasys F900 Additive Manufacturing Expansion systems (OEM: Stratasys) - Includes all required accessories, materials, licenses, commissioning, and on-site Level 1 training for five personnel - F900 Preferred System with a large build envelope (36 x 24 x 36 inches) - Materials and consumables requested: - Multiple Fortus PLUS materials (ASA, SR30, ULTEM 9085, Antero 800NA, Aircraft GRY, SUP8500B, SUP8000B, etc.) - Material licenses for a wide range of polymers (ABS-M30, ABS-ESD7, ASA, PC-ABS, PC, PPSF, ULTEM 9085, PC-ISO, ABS-M30I, NYLON 12CF, NYLON 12, ULTEM 1010, ST130, NYLON 6, ANTERO 800NA) - Consumables such as FDM tips, polycarbonate sheets, and hardened heads - Accessories and equipment: - Transformers, power line conditioners, vacuum oven, scroll pump, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, dry cabinet, Aircraft Interiors Solution (AIS) Toolkit, ULTEM 9085 CG Kit - Services required: - System start-up and commissioning (2 days) - On-site Level 1 training for five personnel (1 day) - Notable requirements: - Delivery, commissioning, and training must be completed within 180 days after order receipt - One-year warranty on all equipment - Compliance with environmental and security requirements - Provision of COTS manuals (one electronic, two hardcopies per system) - Place of performance and delivery: Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia
Description
This Capital Investment Program (CIP) project will procure two Stratasys F900 Additive Manufacturing Systems to enable largescale industrial 3D printing, including all required accessories, licenses, consumables, and training. The Contractor shall provide all COTS manuals (1 electronic and 2 hardcopies) for the Stratasys F900 at time of delivery.
