The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking small business quotes for the rental of specialized thermal equipment and related services to support the Diving Fleet Systems (S23) branch. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Diving Fleet Systems (S23) - Products and Services Requested: - Rental of a high-capacity thermal system, including: - Chiller unit (must chill ~33% saltwater solution below freezing) - Heater/boiler unit (must heat above 100°F) - Circulation pump (sufficient GPM for 4,000 gallons) - Generator and ancillary electrical components - Supplies and piping - 4 drums of 55-gallon glycol - Services include: - Setup and assembly - Operational briefing - Cleaning (heat exchange cleaning) - Delivery and pickup - Dismantling - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide full OEM specifications, CAGE code, and lead time in their quotes - Invoicing must be done through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - System must be capable of both chilling and heating a large saltwater solution - Rental period is up to eight weeks, with performance required within 90 days of award - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - NSWC Panama City Division, 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001

This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement.  Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 4 June 2026 10am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.
