The Maryland Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide two all-inclusive, non-faith-based summer camps for military dependents in 2026. - Government Buyer: - Maryland Army National Guard, Child and Youth Program - W7ND USPFO Activity MD ARNG KO for MDARNG - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Two summer camp sessions: - Youth Homefront Challenge Camp: 22-26 June, 43 attendees (ages 7-12 plus staff) - Teen Adventure Camp: 3-7 August, 28 attendees (ages 13-18 plus staff) - All-inclusive nature or wilderness camp venue within 100 miles of Baltimore, MD - Lodging separated by gender for all attendees - Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options - Certified safety instructors for activities such as rock climbing and wilderness challenges - Evidence-based leadership, resiliency, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and wellness training - All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control (excluding government-furnished items) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Camp must be non-Christian or non-faith-based - Venue must be family-friendly, safe, and within a 100-mile radius of Baltimore, MD - Dietary accommodations required for all meals - Contractor must provide certified instructors for adventure activities - All services must be provided in a single, fixed price contract

This is a re-solicitation from W912K6-26-QA05. 

The Maryland National Guard Child and Youth Program provides team building, resiliency, and leadership opportunity for Military Dependents. The summer camps will facilitate youth leadership training that focuses on leadership training and life-skill building activities that prepare youth to cope with the challenges of being a military youth and reduce risk-taking behaviors. All-inclusive nature/wilderness NON Christian or Faith Base camp setting within 100 miles radius of 219 29th Division St, Baltimore, MD 21201. The venue must provide meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as lodging.
