The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is soliciting bids for the Mornhinweg Wetlands Reserve Easement Restoration project in Noble County, Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Oklahoma NRCS Field Office - Products and Services Requested: - Construction and restoration services for wetland enhancement, including: - Clearing and grubbing of wetland units and designated areas - Excavation of Circle Pit, Deep Water Habitat, Unit #1, and Wetland Pond - Construction of earth embankments for Wetland Units #2, #3, #4, and #5 - Furnishing and spreading topsoil - Forming and placing portland cement concrete for water control structures - Furnishing and installing steel pipe with risers, plugs, and nipple controls for water control structures - Seeding (native grass) and sprigging bermudagrass on disturbed areas - Mobilization for project start - Quantities and Details: - Earthfill embankments: Unit #2 (1,037 units), Unit #3 (1,255 units), Unit #4 (361 units), Unit #5 (733 units) - Water control structures: Steel Pipe with Plug & Nipple Control (Structure 1: 2,286 units; Structure 2: 2,628 units) - Excavation: Unit #1 (5,048 units), Wetland Pond (2,142 units), Circle Pit/Deep Water Habitat (1 unit) - Seeding: 6 units; Sprigging bermudagrass: 1.3 units - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with ASTM standards for materials (concrete, steel pipe) - Environmental protection measures - Project is 100% set aside for small businesses - Firm fixed-price contract with an estimated value between $100,000 and $150,000 - Completion required within 51 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (excluding weather days and federal holidays) - No specific OEMs or proprietary products are named; all materials must meet specified standards.

The work consists of clearing and grubbing and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, stumps,

shrubs, and rubbish from the designated areas.

Excavation required by the drawings and specifications and disposal of the excavated materials.

Construction of earth embankments, other earthfills, and earth backfills required by the drawings and

specifications.

Furnishing and spreading topsoil to specified depths at locations shown on the drawings.

Furnishing, forming, placing, finishing, and curing portland cement concrete as required to build the structures described in section 24 of this specification.

Furnishing and installing steel pipe complete with lining, coating, fittings, and appurtenances.

Furnishing seed, labor, equipment, and planting seed on designated areas.
