Description

The municipality of La Vallée-de-la-Gatineau is seeking bids for construction work to install recycled asphalt pavement on approximately 12 km of the Veloroute des Draveurs, located in Gracefield and Kazabazua. The scope includes screening and crushing raw material, transporting materials, removing vegetation, supplying and adding granular fill, surface leveling and compaction, uniform spreading of material, and reconstruction of a culvert. The work will be performed from the existing asphalt near Marks Road in Gracefield to Gare-D’Aylwin Road, with an optional 2.6 km segment extension depending on asphalt availability and budget. The project must start by June 29, 2026, and be completed by August 14, 2026, and is managed under the Québec-Ontario Agreement with regional restrictions.
