Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of new concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, and the removal and replacement of sections of deteriorated parking lot pavement and sidewalk adjacent to the east front of the Shawnee County Annex located at 1515 NW Saline Street, Topeka, Kansas. The project requires all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct new 4-inch concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, and the removal and replacement of sections of deteriorated 6-inch concrete parking lot pavement and 4-inch concrete sidewalk. Construction methods and materials must comply with City of Topeka Shawnee County Standard Technical Specifications. The contractor may start the project between July 27, 2026, and September 28, 2026, with 60 calendar days to achieve final completion and acceptance.
