Sacramento County Seeks Golf Course Management Services for Mather Golf Course

Sacramento County Regional Parks is seeking a qualified management company to operate and manage all aspects of Mather Golf Course. - The selected vendor will: - Develop and implement operating programs, business plans, and budgets for the golf course - Provide starter and marshalling services, manage tee time reservations, and operate the pro shop and cart rentals - Deliver food and beverage services, including alcohol sales and banquet operations - Maintain the golf course, grounds, and buildings to county standards - Administer all contract personnel, including hiring, training, and terminations - Collect and account for all revenues, pay and account for all expenses, and prepare financial statements (daily, monthly, annual) - The County retains authority over contract terms, fee setting, operating policies, capital improvements, and approval of non-budgeted expenses or facility alterations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Opportunity is open to experienced golf course management companies - Services required are comprehensive and cover both operational and financial management of the facility
