Description
The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone on the Intercoastal Waterway portion of Biscayne Bay in Miami, FL, during the 4th of July fireworks display at Bayfront Park. The safety zone aims to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from hazards associated with the fireworks display. The zone will prohibit persons and vessels from entering unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Miami. The safety zone will be enforced from approximately 11:10 p.m. on July 4, 2026, through 12:10 a.m. on July 5, 2026, covering all navigable waters within 250 yards of the fireworks barges.
