The Department of Commerce is requesting an extension without change of a currently approved information collection. This collection gathers information from respondents who request meetings or appearances with Senior Officials or register to participate in Department of Commerce events and conferences. The collected data includes personal and contact information, special accommodations requests, and how respondents learned of the event. The information is used to assess attendance, assist in event preparations, and may be used for payment collection and making special arrangements. Comments on this proposed information collection must be received by July 31, 2026.
