Description
The Department of Education is proposing a new information collection request for the Magnet Schools Assistance Program Annual Performance Report. This report collects data on the status of funded projects to ensure accurate and reliable data are reported to Congress on program implementation and performance outcomes. The collection is intended to quantify and report progress as required by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended. Interested persons are invited to submit comments by July 31, 2026.
