Description

The Torrance Transit System (TTS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a turnkey demand response transportation service under the Torrance Community Transit Program (TCTP), including Dial-A-Ride paratransit and Senior Taxi programs. The program serves approximately 3,500 active cardholders and provided over 32,000 passenger trips in FY 2025. The vendor will provide on-demand pickup services for senior and disabled residents 24/7/365. The contract term is three years with options for two additional one-year extensions.
