Channelview Independent School District (CISD) is requesting sealed proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of ten (10) combi ovens (five (5) double-stacked sets) and the retrofitting of one combi oven with a smoker box and chip tray. The specifications are based on Alto-Shaam designs to indicate the type, function, minimum standard of design, efficiency, and quality desired. Alternative bids with comparable quality, design, and efficiency may be submitted but must include backup specification sheets for evaluation by CISD.
