The Northampton County "NorCo" is seeking a qualified Commissioning Verification Authority and Testing, Adjusting, Balancing Services (CVA/TAB) for the replacement of the Northampton County Government Center parking deck. The project involves a roughly 109,000 square foot open air parking garage with two split systems, one unit heater, electrical equipment, low voltage equipment, and all other items indicated in the contract documents.
