Description
Loudoun County, Virginia is soliciting bids for the construction of the Shellhorn Road (Route 643) extension project from Moran Road (Route 643) to Pacific Boulevard (Route 1036). The project includes approximately 4,750 linear feet along Shellhorn Road, 840 feet along Moran Road, and 1,300 feet along Relocation Drive, featuring multiple lanes, turn lanes, raised median, bike lanes, sidewalks, and property access entrances. Additional work includes retaining walls, storm sewer and drainage systems, detention and bioretention ponds, watermain and sanitary sewer installation, sidewalk and intersection improvements, a 10-foot shared use path, signalized intersections, and a multi-phased traffic management plan.
