This opportunity involves upgrading the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and cooling system at the Wyoming Air National Guard (WYANG) data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Defense, Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, JFHQ USPFO WY, USPFO WY PROCUREMENT, W7N9 USPFO ACTIVITY WYANG 153 - 153d Airlift Wing, Wyoming Army National Guard - OEMs and Vendors: - APC (American Power Conversion) is specified as the preferred OEM for UPS and cooling equipment, or equivalent products may be proposed - Products Requested: - Symmetra PX UPS modules (60kW scalable to 100kW, 10kW power module, battery frames and modules) - PX 100KW Frame Modular UPS System (de-rated to 80KW, 208V, 4-Wire Modular UPS) - Chilled Water In-Row Cooling Units (8 units) - APC NetShelter cable management, InRow cooling units, NetBotz leak sensors, fluid piping insulation and couplings - Distribution circuit breakers (20A, 125A, 3-pole, 6-pole) - Installation, assembly, startup, load study, recycling, and shipping services - Quantities: - 8 chilled water in-row cooling units - 1 PX 100KW frame modular UPS system - 6 high-performance battery modules - 8 each of cable management, cooling components, leak sensors, piping insulation, couplings, and piping kits - Multiple installation and assembly services - Unique Requirements: - Removal of outdated UPS and cooling equipment - Installation of new UPS and cooling distribution units, including power modules and battery cabinets - Demo and removal of old UPS, installation of new 350A Shunt Trip Breaker with NEMA-1 enclosure - Integration with existing systems, reuse of piping and insulation, and warranty for cooling units - Security clearances, quality control, and compliance with DoD policies - Site Lead/Project Manager required - Services must include assembly, startup, installation, load study, equipment recycling, and shipping - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 335999

Description

The vendor shall provide un-installation of outdated equipment and installation of brand-new items according to acceptable standards. Contractor shall provide Uninterruptible Power and Cooling Distribution Unit replacement/ installation and a Site Lead/Project Manager to provide the following critical tasks to support to the WYANG per the PWS. • 5.3.3 Capture existing cooling fluid/Re-fill system with cooling fluid. • 5.3.4 Demo existing piping • 5.3.5 Run new Pex piping to the in-row coolers. • 5.3.6 Furnish & install new 350A shut Trip Breaker with nema-1 Enclosure. Tie existing EPO into new Shunt Trip breaker. • 5.3.7 Existing 3” Feeder conduit & wire fed from MDP will be shutdown & locked out. Intercept existing Feeder to line side of new 350A Shunt Trip Breaker/Enclosure. Install Load side Feeder conduit & wire from new Shunt Trip Breaker to new UPS. • 5.3.8 Demo existing UPS, remove from Data Center, Dispose/recycle old UPS. • 5.3.9 Install Power Modules and Battery Cabinets • 5.3.10 Assume the existing structural integrity of raised floor is sufficient to move old UPS across floor & new UPS installed at old UPS location. All raised floor modifications by others.
