The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a requirement for replace HVAC at Nelson House Carriage House at Colonial National Historic Park, Yorktown VA. The Work consists of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to consists with the replacement of the 3-ton HVAC unit at Colonial National Historic Park.Detailed Specifications and Drawings are provided with the solicitation documents.The site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00am EDT.All interested parties will meet at 209 Read St, Yorktown VA 23690.
