The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, is seeking a contractor to install ground diesel monitoring wells at the Kayenta Health Center in Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area, Kayenta Health Center Acquisition Department - Products/Services Requested: - Installation of four ground diesel monitoring wells (40-50 feet deep) - Full site assessment prior to installation - One year of well monitoring service, with an option for an additional year - Sampling and reporting results to the Navajo Nation EPA - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with EPA and Navajo Nation EPA standards and NFPA codes - Contractor must provide all tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and required documentation - Total small business set-aside - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation - Period of Performance: - 120 days from award, with an option for an additional year of monitoring service - Place of Performance: - Kayenta Health Center, Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033

Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for the installation of four ground diesel monitoring wells. Period of performance will be 120 days from date of award.

The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 06/16/2026 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
