Description

Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Draeger, Inc Ventilator disposable consumables and related items from a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent ventilator disposable consumables and related products may contact the listed officer to discuss the procurement.
